The ITIL 4 Digital and IT Strategy course is a 3-days course based on the ITIL 4 Digital and IT Strategy exam specification from AXELOS.
With the help of ITIL 4 concepts and terminology, exercises, and examples included in the course, a candidate will acquire relevant knowledge to pass the ITIL 4 Digital and IT Strategy certification exam.
For achieving the ITIL 4 Digital and IT Strategy qualification, a candidate has to take two forms of assessment:
• Practical case study assignments
• Multiple-choice question (MCQ) exam
The case study assignments are covered and completed during the course. The assignments are evaluated by the trainer. Outputs of the case study assignments must be stored during the training and must be submitted to PeopleCert at the end of the training along with the assessment results.
